To support the execution of QRNational Coal's strategy under the direction of the Manager Consistent Performance Excellence (MCPE) through providing high quality analytical, commercial and presentation support across the Consistent Performance Excellence (CPE) Program within Planning, Execution and Performance Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the MCPE, team members and Finance to provide high quality, robust and accurate analytical support as needed to support the CPE program e.g. initiative evaluation, variance analysis, key performance indicator derivation, risk evaluation.
• Under the direction of the MCPE provide strategic analytical support e.g. Segmentation, Pricing frameworks, Strategic intent modelling.
• Provide support as necessary to the annual planning cycle. This includes developing workshop materials, running scenario models, assistance in running workshops etc.
• Working with the MCPE, team members and Finance to develop a comprehensive performance measurement and monitoring system which reports actual performance against target, and provides reliable data across short, medium and long term timeframes.
• Develop and maintain high level business and strategic reporting mediums (e.g. presentation packs and dashboards) for the Transformation Office in the short term and the CPE program in the longer term.
• Be the CPE team expert on current and new data/reporting systems, and work with Finance/Information Solutions in the ongoing improvement process.
